Delivery Information

1. Dispatch Notifications

You will be notified as soon as your items are ready to be dispatched.

Different couriers may contact you in different ways — some will message you on the day, while others send updates in advance. Please keep an eye on your email and phone for delivery notifications.

All standard deliveries are made to the ground floor of your property. Please ensure the delivery team can access the premises safely and without obstruction.

      📦 If you require your items to be taken to an upper floor, please contact us before your delivery date. In some cases, this may be available at an additional cost depending on access and courier availability.
    

2. Delivery Times

We aim to deliver most orders within 7–10 working days, depending on the items purchased.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe.

Some products — especially larger or more delicate items — are delivered on scheduled routes to different regions of the country. We visit different areas of mainland Britain on a rotating basis, typically every 2–3 weeks.

🛠 Custom or made‑to‑order items may require a longer lead time.

3. Delivery Locations

We deliver across mainland England, Scotland, and Wales.

Some remote postcodes may have limited service or require a surcharge. These areas may also experience longer delivery times.

4. Missed Delivery

If you miss your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@planetsnooze.co.uk

We will advise you of the next available delivery date.
