Get in touch with us and we can send you fabric samples to help you decide before purchasing.

Can a good bed really improve your sleep?

Yes. A supportive bed with a comfortable mattress helps prevent your body from sagging while you sleep. This reduces tossing and turning and makes it easier to get a restful night.

Should I buy a divan or an ottoman bed?

It depends on the look of your room, your budget, and how much storage you need: - Divan beds: Supportive, easy to assemble, come in a range of fabrics and headboards, and look great in any bedroom. - Ottoman beds: Popular for storage space, help keep rooms tidy, ideal for smaller bedrooms. Available in modern colours and fabrics.

Can you guarantee an exact colour match to my fabric sample?

Our fabrics are made from natural fibres, so colours may differ slightly between batches. Small variations are normal and make each item unique. We work closely with suppliers to ensure there are no extreme differences.

Why is my ottoman difficult to close?

When first used, the pistons in the ottoman base may feel stiff. Place your mattress on the base before use. The weight of the mattress helps smooth the movement. Contact us if you continue to have difficulties.

Can I choose the colour of studs, fixtures and fittings?

Yes. You can choose between matching fabric buttons or diamond-style buttons when placing your order.

Can I assemble my bed myself?

Yes, but we recommend our team assembles it. If you assemble it yourself, check all parts on delivery as we cannot be responsible for any damage. If timing is an issue, you can reschedule delivery and we will assemble it for you.

How is my item delivered?

Divan beds: - Single: Delivered as one unit. - Small Double, Double, King, Super King: Delivered in two halves for easier moving. - Headboards delivered separately and must be attached during assembly.

Is everything provided for assembly?

Yes. All necessary parts are included. A screwdriver may help but is not supplied.

Does it come with a headboard?

Yes. Each bed comes with a headboard in the same design as pictured.

How high is the headboard?

Headboard heights vary by bed size. Check the main features section for exact measurements.

Can I buy the bed without a mattress?

Yes. Select the “No Mattress” option when choosing your specifications.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Products are delivered within five working days.

Do your products come with a guarantee?

Yes. All items come with a one-year guarantee covering structural defects and manufacturing faults. This does not include fabric damage, staining, or misuse.

Do your products meet UK fire safety regulations?

Yes. All our products meet UK fire and safety standards.

How often should I change my mattress?

Change your mattress every five to eight years, or sooner if you notice sagging, lumps, broken springs, aches, allergies, or increased noise.
